The President presides at all business meetings of the church and meetings of the council. experience, and calling. The President, along with the Secretary shall sign all contracts, loans, deeds, all documents and instruments for carrying out the work of the congregation.
The Vice-President assists the President, and, during his or her absence, assumes that office and its duties. Additionally, is responsible for the Nominating Committee.
Presents a written report of the receipts and expenditures monthly to the Church Council. Participates in the budget process and on the Budget Committee.

Presents a monthly giving summary report to Church Council. Creates and distributes the end of the year tax forms. Participates in the budget process and on the Budget Committee.
The secretary keeps and preserves the minutes of all the congregational business meetings of the church and meetings of the council and conducts and preserves all official correspondence delegated to the secretary.
